1. Recruiter Vetting & Approvals

All recruiters posting jobs via the Employer Dashboard are required to represent genuine vacancies. Every job listing is initially saved as "pending_approval" and undergoes a manual review. We reserve the absolute right to suspend recruiter accounts or reject listings that show signs of:

• Demanding payments, caution deposits, or training fees from applicants.
• Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), chain referrals, or unvetted work arrangements.
• Misleading descriptions of salary, duties, or corporate location.

2. Candidate Guidelines

Job seekers must furnish accurate professional details when applying for positions or creating ATS resumes. Presenting falsified credentials or impersonating other individuals will result in permanent suspension from the portal.

3. Fraud Prevention & Disclaimers

While we perform checks on direct postings and curate listings from reliable partners, we are not liable for external agreements entered into between candidates and hiring companies.
